Sue Bendotti
B.App.Sc (Physio)
Sue established Bodyrite Physio in Broome in 2008, from a long and diverse background in musculo-skeletal treatment in private practice after graduating from Curtin University in 1989. She enjoys a clinical challenge and putting her intuitive problem solving skills to work to achieve positive rehabilitation outcomes. Sue often hears the words, “You’ve given me hope” from her patients. To provide a holistic approach to her practice, Sue has trained in several other health modalities including; acupuncture, lower limb biomechanics with customized orthotic fitting and Bowen therapy.
Sue has lived in Broome since 1994 and currently lives on 5 acres with her husband Andy and 3 teenage sons, along with a menagerie of dogs, horses and chooks. She enjoys running in the surrounding bushland with her dogs, which gives her a strong personal insight into fitness and the body’s requirements to maintain long-term strength and flexibility. Sue and Kate both aim to manage injuries promptly with a strong emphasis on pain-reduction and functional strength and mobility improvements to maintain or restore activity as promptly as possible.
Sue has also trained in treating horses as a Bowen and photonic therapist and is occasionally seen at the rodeo grounds or turf club helping equine athletes.
